Udman Hotel Greater Noida

We absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious food. The staff was polite, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel itself was beautifully designed and had a serene ambiance. The location was great and easy to find. We had a wonderful stay here!

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the fact that the rooms were well, equipped with amenities such as a kettle and fridge, and the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. the peaceful atmosphere allowed for a much, needed break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The check, in process was frustratingly slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing quality customer service. the noise from nearby construction and the unpleasant smell from an open sewer detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The hotel offers cozy and comfortable rooms with great amenities such as hairdryer, dental kit, and tea/coffee maker. the bathroom has a small but convenient space behind the commode to keep your sanitary kit. the staff is helpful and quick to respond to room service requests. Breakfast has a good selection of food and the tasty restaurant offers a spacious view of the park outside.

One downside is that the architect did not optimize the room layout, making it uncomfortable with no plug points near the beds and poorly designed light switches near the door.

The breakfast buffet was quite extensive with a lot of options to choose from. , the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. Finally, the hotel had a nice and cozy ambiance, which made for a comfortable stay.

The check-in process was very slow and tedious, which took the joy out of our Christmas day. the room was quite cramped, making it difficult to move around.
